Here are some more pictures of our Cade. We know it has been a couple weeks since our last post, so here are a lot of pictures to make up for it.

Cade was blessed this past Sunday at church and all went well. We will be back later with more updates.

Cade is here!!

It has been five days since Cade was born, and we have finally got settled down and are getting used to things at home. Cade was born 12/8/08 at 10:53 am and weighed in at 7 lbs 7 oz and was 20.5 inches long. He and Kristin are healthy and doing well.

Welcome to our new blog!!

Kristin and I finally decided to start our own blog! It took us a long time to finally turn to the dark side, but with the soon arrival of our first child, we decided that this would be the best way to keep everyone updated with all the Layton happenings.

Right now Kristin is sitting uncomforatbly in a hospital bed watching "Anchorman". As of two hours ago, she started the induction process. We are both very nervous and excited all at the same time. We are both excited to think that at this time tomorrow, we will be holding Cade!

Well, that is it for now I guess. We will post an update tomorrow with the official good news!
